Join the firm as Business Analysts. Their job is to analyze and synthesize data to help solve our clients' toughest problems. They’ll go through an induction program in order to be able to help in the projects at hand. Part of the job is to take care of all the administrative work within the project as well as the deliverables.
This job requires a lot of analysis, research and excellence in MS Office tools.
Experience:  (0 - 2) years

Work closely with Project Owners (Associates or Principals) through all the stages of the project to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success.

They will have some tasks to communicate directly with clients in collecting information, conducting Q&A sessions with some people with the client site as well as taking care of the data structuring, blending and cleaning.

This job requires a lot of structuring and analytical capability, good in communication and excellence in research and MS office.
Experience: (2- 4) years

Very similar job tasks to the Associate Consultant but works with more sophisticated clients and complex projects that require less direction and guidance from the Project Owners. Further a consultant will be held responsible on certain objectives within the projects.

This job requires a lot of advanced client relationship competencies, solution oriented mind, advanced analytical thinking, and high due diligence.
Experience: (4- 6) years

Is basically a transitional phase to be prepared for becoming a Principal. During this phase, an Associate will be held responsible of being a Project Owner for average sized projects. Further s/he will help and be owner of certain objectives within sophisticated projects.

On the other side, s/he shall start taking caring of the Business Development and bringing new business. As an associate, the main focus is on generating new opportunities and following up on the opened ones.

Experience: (6 - 10) years

Is the highest position within the ladder scale of the consulting business within HEED.
S/he shall be the project owner of several projects, aiding clients through all stages of strategy-based projects to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success. Principal is the owner (responsible) behind the final analytical frameworks that result in strategic recommendations for our clients.

Further s/he shall be responsible for the end generation of sales for the business, thus supporting the associates within the presales job within the sales process, presentations and tough negotiations.
This job requires a lot of advanced client relationship competencies, solution orientated mind, advanced analytical thinking and high due diligence, along with excellent sales competencies.
Experience: (10 -15) years
